How does the fruit mature?
Chemical agents to hasten the ripening process is a strict "NO" with us because we believe natural things should be enjoyed naturally. The mango is harvested before it ripens on the tree. The fruit is then laid on Rice Straw and allowed to mature the natural way.
How is the fruit selected & graded?
At ordermangoes.com, the mangoes are selected by the shape and size. The Alphonso weighs around 275 to 300 grams each. The human senses of look, touch and aroma play an important role while packing the mangoes.
How are the fruits packed?
The time taken for transport to the final destination of delivery decides the stage of ripeness at which the fresh fruits need to be packed. Every fruit is then checked for any superficial skin blemishes before they are packed. All the choicest fruit are individually cushioned in foam nets and then gift packed in an attractive and sturdy 5-ply carton. We take utmost care in packing so that the mangoes box reaches the destination in prime condition. Knowingly, we never take a chance.Orders
How do I place an order? Can I ask you to ship to someone else?
Just select the variety of premium mangoes you want to buy/gift from the Home Page of ordermangoes.com and follow the Order Form. It's quite simple. Give your details, the receiver's details and choose the payment option to successfully complete the ordering process. You also have the facility to gift to someone of your own choice in the same form.
What if I forget my Order number?
Incase, you forget/misplace your Order number, please mail us at customercare@ordermangoes.com. Mention your name and contact information, so that we can provide you with the Order number.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
Please mails us at customercare@ordermangoes.com we will mail you the order status within 1 working day.
Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
No, you can't cancel an order once the payment process is complete.Can I change the sender and receiver details of my order?
Though a rare case, you can definitely change the sender and receiver details of your order by mailing us the new details at customercare@ordermangoes.com. We will be able to change the details only if the order has not entered the shipping process. We will keep you informed.
What if there's a problem with my order?
In the unlikely event of a shortcoming from our side, your mango box remains undelivered, you will have the option to ask for a full refund or to have the box delivered to an alternative address. You can also carry forward the order to the next year at the same price, irrespective of the price hikes in the future.
Can I order for boxes to be delivered outside India?
For ordering deliveries outside India, please mail us for further instructions.
What is the minimum quantity I can order?
The minimum quantity you can order is 2 dozens. However we also accept orders for 1 dozen, provided that the deliveries are in the Bombay (MUMBAI CITY, THANA CITY, NAVI MUMBAI OR UP TO KALYAN AND UP TO VIRAR).
What if I order for more than 50 to 80 boxes or bulk order?

Delivery
When do the deliveries begin? What is the lead-time for delivery?
The Alphonso is at its best in April & May and we normally start the bookings a month in advance all deliveries are completed sequentially- on a first come first served basis.
How is my order delivered?
Our logistics partner is entrusted with the job of delivering the boxes of premium mangoes across India. Since we have been working with them for many years now, they are well trained to cater to our special needs of door delivering a perishable fruit like mangoes. They cover almost all major towns and cities in India.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, to selective destinations.

Do you charge extra for shipping?
No. The price mentioned on the Home Page of ordermangoes.com is an all-inclusive price. No hidden costs, for (India only)
What’s the proof of delivery?
Every confirmed order has an Order number. This will be your unique number which will help you to track your delivery status online as well as serve as your reference number should you need to get in touch with our Customer Care Centre.at TEL : +91-22-64500743 or e-mail us at customercare@ordermangoes.com. Please note that we cannot give hard copies as proof of deliveries.
What in case my order is not delivered?
In the unlikely event of a shortcoming from our side, your fruit box remains undelivered, you will have the option to ask for a full refund or to have the box delivered to an alternative address. You can also carry forward the order to the next year at the same price, irrespective of the price hikes in the future.
What if the receiver refuses to accept the delivery?
In very rare cases, we find people reluctant to accept the box as a gift as a matter of their personal policy. We therefore, have no other option but to destroy the box at the destination. (fruit being a perishable commodity) We don't call back the box, as it serves no purpose. In all such cases, you will be kept informed about the delivery attempt but no refunds will be given.
What if the receiver is away for a while?
In case the address of delivery is locked on the first attempt, our couriers leave a message behind and also make a second attempt within the next two days. They also try and call up the receiving party to know the suitable time for delivery. If all attempts fail, we instruct them to destroy the box. In such cases we give you the proofs of attempts made but no refunds will be given. Please note that the delivery of the fruit boxes will not be attempted on Sundays or on any public holidays due to unavailability of courier service.

that particular order.
